We have seen students across all categories experience a wealth of benefits from entering the Entyce Design Awards...and not just the winners!
Published work:
Many students get to see their designs published. Amanda Jenkins winner of the logo category in 2012, is now reaping the benefits of entering by seeing her designs across Cheshire and North Wales.
Working with Entyce:
The Awards have enabled us to provide many students with valuable work experience. The majority of the students have been a pleasure to have in our studio and they have benefited from ongoing paid freelance work as well as being able to list Entyce as an agency on their CV.
Work placements at Entyce:
Placements are the best way of gaining valuable industry experience. Winners and finalists may be offered a work placement at the Entyce studio. We have worked with various students on placements and we continue to work with the most talented designers on paid freelance projects.
Further work on live projects:
We continually work with students who have made their skills know to us by entering the Awards. Marie Carney (above), 2011 winner has continued to work on various paid projects with Entyce after completing a 3 week work placement.
Make your CV stand out:
Graphic design is a highly competitive industry so we are helping students to stand out amongst competitors. All the winners and finalists will exclusively be provided with a high resolution EDA logo to use within their CV and portfolio to accompany the designs.
A live client piece for your portfolio:
The Awards provide an excellent opportunity for students and graduates to work on a live client brief. Not only is this an exciting opportunity as the charity may snap up your designs but it also gives you an interesting project to talk about within an interview.
